FAQ
1. Being listed in our 'Affiliate' section? In order to be listed in our 'Affiliate' section, a link back is required. The link must on the same site as the link. Such as if you are going to place the link back at yoursite.com/link.htm, then we can only link to that page, not your main site. We can only place your banner (88*31 pixels) if you do the same for ours.

2. Copyright/file permission information? Any files on this site, other than the ET logo, are NOT owned by ETPlanet.com. Therefore do not ask us for permission as we cannot give you any and do not know who the original owner is.

3. Looking for older files that was hosted on this site? Please email us with the program name, version number, and approximately month and year it was posted.

4. Need a host? Email us with the description of what you will be planning to do and the technical requirement you need. I will reply back whether you are accepted or not. (Preference towards 'free' application/software sites)

5. Problem with download? Please make sure "http_referer" is not block by software already installed on your system (like antivirus program, firewall, or browser's addon/preference). Also, the use of any download manager (like GetRight, FlashGet) is not supported.

6. Problem with opening a file? For .SWF extension, these files will automatically be open in your browser if the proper plug-in is installed. Mozilla Firefox browser is recommended if there is any downloading/loading problem. For .ZIP extension, please make sure you have the latest WinRAR program -- click here to download, as we usually use the latest version..

7. Problem with the downloaded file? Please make sure the file size is around the same as listed. If not, please download the file again. Also, files on this site are created with the latest version of WinRAR, and can be downloaded by checking the question above.

8. Sending us a file to add to this site? Just email it to us (with a description would be nice) as we can accept attachment as large as 30MB. Just make sure your email provider does not impose a limit. If a name is needed, we will only use your initial (ie. ET Planet = E.P.) unless we are given permission. Best to attached as either .zip or .rar file.

9. Suggesting a link? Should have contents hosted on site, not a different url. (Links only or casino related websites are rarely accepted). Do NOT include useless information such as search engine ranking, or your site will automatically be rejected.

10. Want to order a copy of this site on DVD? Please email us for detail to order a copy of the DVD. The DVDs will contain everything that you could download (picture, video, zip, etc.).

11. Ways to download .SWF file? In order to download these files, I would recommend that you install Mozilla Firefox. If you have Mozilla Firefox installed already, make sure you either disable or uninstall the Flash/Shockwave player for Firefox. Then when you click on the link to download these files, it should open a Download Dialog box for you to download instead of it opening automatically in your browser.
