https://dramaday.me has all the new korean tv series and some movies too. I use an ad blocker to download and it's basically ad-free for me. I do recommend the desktop version of ublock origin. Perfect for blocking almost every ads from youtube to download website and everything else.

Don't think it was ever made in Cantonese to begin with. They didn't even brother to have it in made in Cantonese during it's launch in HK movie theater.
Older series will rarely have any torrent/direct download that still work. Only streaming site have it available. Some sites have multiple sources. Remember to try them all.

Note regarding movie, they can be release on streaming/BT as fast as 1 month after being in theatre or as late or even later than 1.5 years. I guess it all depends how popular it is and how widely known it is worldwide. More popular and more known movie will guarantee a faster release, as they want to make a larger profit while media coverage is still high.

I don't think there will be english sub for a China series unless it is release in an english speaking country.

yup, this one (絕命法官). just saw in Youku broadcast yesterday (28/09) via Youtube. usually Youtube will only show 3 episode and the rest will required subscription.
This is a drama though, and will begin broadcasting on ViuTV from Oct 13, 2025.
