First broadcast coming Monday. For variety shows, they are usually a day or two behind HK series. So I expect maybe Wed/Thur for first episode.

Do you happen to know is there any website that is having those old variety shows from TVB?

There isn't any specific site for variety shows as not every site will carry them.
