There isn't any specific site for variety shows as not every site will carry them.

So, other than the above link that still works for version 3. There is basically no Cantonese version available anywhere else for this series, includes the orginal and version 2. So if the above link is dead, there will be no more. You can try with words like 超音鼠大電影3 / 音速小子3 / 刺猬索尼克3 but I didn't get much results. Good luck to you.
